Print prices include all shipping charges if shipped within the continental United States (contiguous 48).  Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the US, shipping cost will be added as follows: 20% for orders numbering 1 to 5 prints total 15% for orders numbering  6 to 10 prints total 10% for orders greater than 10 prints Indicate your selections by the letter-number code shown below any image, choose a print size as listed above, then simply Contact Phil with your order.  All orders must be paid in full prior to prints being produced and shipped. All images are available for purchase (unless noted).  Unless otherwise specified, all images are printed "full frame", with the longest dimension (width or height) printed to the selected length, and the shorter dimension as it falls.  For example, a horizontal format 10 inch print will typically have a height of between 6 to 8 inches.  Email me to inquire about other print sizes (11 inch, 24 inch, specified sizes, etc.)  I use a professional imaging lab to produce all prints so that quality can be assured. Images in electronic format (images files) can also be purchased and sent directly as an email attachment.  Where the image file size or the total order size makes email impractical, images can be transferred to CD or DVD and sent via normal shipping to your address.  Images are 300 dpi and available in the most common image formats (jpeg, tiff, gif, etc.)  Purchasers agree that image files will be used for private use and display only, with the purchaser having no rights to commercial use or multiple reprinting and distribution.  (See paragraph below concerning commercial use and reprinting.) Periodical and Website Use:  Prices for images used for reproduction by periodical, on a website, etc., will be determined by the magazine's rates, or the type and exclusivity of use (if any).  Please email me to discuss these terms. IMPORTANT NOTE on Commercial Purchase and Use - In January 2007, I contracted with the Stock Photography Site ALAMY (www.alamy.com) for image sales to commercial clients.  As of May 2007, 101 of my images are on the site.  More will follow and eventually most of the images on this website will be available for commercial purchase with typical stock photography licensing (Royalty Free or Rights Managed) at the Alamy website.  Simply click this link: Stock photography by Philip Buonpastore at Alamy, then use "keywords" to find a particular image, or click the link to my name to see all images on the stock site.  The codes used on my website's pages are not used by Alamy, but simple "keywords" should locate any of my images on the stock site - for example, typing "California" will bring up any images relating to California, etc. All images are copyrighted, and I reserve all rights for any commercial use or reprinting.  The purchaser agrees that all prints or image files purchased will be used for private use and display.  The purchaser will have no rights to resale or further reproduction, and the purchaser also agrees not to print, sell or otherwise distribute or give copies (except of a single printing when purchased as a gift) of photographs to any other party.
